Found the perfect location after searching through our location library?

Good!

Make sure you have made a record of the location file number (the four digits from "Location File #" on the right side of the search page, below "Keywords", is the location number), then call us at 323-306-2020 (or email us) and tell us which properties you are interested in looking at.

We will contact the property owner and arrange a day and time for you to scout it.

Once you decide which location you want to book, we will handle all negotiations with the property owner, including contracts, insurance, damage depsits, etc.
